By registering on the platform or registering for one of the training activities or activities, you acknowledge your agreement to the terms and conditions on this page.<\/p>\n

1- Registering on the platform and training activities:<\/p>\n

– Providing the platform with the basic data required to complete your registration: name, email, mobile number, and classification number<\/p>\n

– The center has the right to cancel the registration request for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

A. In the event that the registration fees for the activity are not paid before the start date of the course or activity.<\/p>\n

B. In the event of suspected fraud, manipulation, or any other suspicious operations.<\/p>\n

C. Failure to hold the activity or course due to circumstances beyond the control, such as reasons related to the trainer, in which case the registration fees will be returned to the trainee.<\/p>\n

2- Calculating educational hours and certificates:<\/p>\n

– The trainee is committed to attending the activity on time.<\/p>\n

– The trainee is committed not to register for any other activity during the period of the activity or course that was enrolled in order to ensure that the attendance hours are calculated and added to his account continuously.<\/p>\n

– Certificates are sent 1 to 5 working days from the end of the activity.<\/p>\n

– The center is not responsible for not adding and registering the trainee’s continuing education hours after the end of the specified registration period for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

A. Non-attendance or absence from the activity or course.<\/p>\n

B. Attending another activity during the same period as the activity he is attending, which leads to a conflict.<\/p>\n

C. Due to errors related to the trainee or user, such as: incorrectly entering the practitioner’s file number with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties or other errors related to the trainee.<\/p>\n

D. Due to technical errors in the hours registration platform and errors that are not ours.<\/p>\n

E. Due to the expiration of the health practitioner’s classification for more than one year.<\/p>\n

3- Cancellation and refund:<\/p>\n

– Registration can be canceled 3 days before the start of the activity or course, and no registration request will be canceled before the period specified in this clause.<\/p>\n

– Registrants are not entitled to claim compensation when making discounts on the value of activities and training activities at a later time.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Registrants are not entitled to claim a refund of registration fees if they violate any of the provisions mentioned in paragraph 2 (Calculating Continuing Education Hours) of the Terms and Conditions page.<\/p>\n

4- Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright:<\/p>\n

– Strict policies are applied to the platform regarding intellectual property rights and copyright, and the center refrains from using or publishing any content belonging to another party without the approval of that party.<\/p>\n

– The center is committed to preserving the ownership rights of its content, and the center is not responsible for any content provided by trainers.<\/p>\n

– The trainer bears responsibility for the content he provides and all matters arising from its use and publication if the content is of his own creation.<\/p>\n

– The following content is prohibited from being published on the platform:<\/p>\n

A. Content that violates Islamic teachings.<\/p>\n

B. Content that incites violence, hatred, religions, sectarianism or tribalism.<\/p>\n

C. Content that offends individuals or entities.<\/p>\n

D. Any content protected by intellectual rights without the permission and approval of the rights owner.<\/p>\n
