Communication Policy Between Beneficiaries

We are committed to creating a respectful, safe, and engaging learning environment. This communication policy outlines how beneficiaries (learners) are expected to interact with each other across all parts of our platform — whether during live sessions (via Zoom) or self-paced courses (via our LMS platform).

1. General Guidelines

  • All users must communicate respectfully and professionally across the platform.
  • Disagreements should be handled constructively. Offensive language, arguments, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Sharing or promoting any content that violates the religious, cultural, or legal values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is strictly prohibited.

2. Communication During Live Sessions (Zoom)

  • Use your real name when joining a Zoom session.
  • Microphones and cameras should only be activated with permission from the instructor or moderator.
  • The chat feature is for course-related communication only.
  • Do not share external links or unrelated content in the chat.

3. Communication on the LMS Platform (Asynchronous Learning)

  • Use communication tools such as lesson comments, discussion boards, or messaging features professionally and responsibly.
  • Advertising, promotional content, or sharing external links is not allowed.
  • Do not share personal contact information with other users.
  • Moderators have the right to edit or remove any comment that violates this policy without prior notice.

4. Supervision and Disciplinary Actions

All communication channels are monitored by our support and training team. If any user violates this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a verbal or written warning
  • Temporarily restrict access to platform features
  • Permanently suspend the user’s account without a refund
